[Health] Parsley: A Powerful Herb for Kidney Cleansing

–         8 cups of filtered water
–         A bunch of fresh parsley leaves
Preparation:
–         Wash, chop and leave the leaves in large pieces
–         Put them in a bowl with water
–         Boil and let it simmer for 10min
–         Strain and let it cool down in a large saucepan
–         Add honey and lemon to taste
–         Consume 1-2 glasses a day
–         Keep it in glass containers in refrigerator up to 7 days

Pregnant women should avoid consuming parsley tea because it can induce abortion and menstruation.

Consult your doctor before drinking it if you are also taking it to lower your blood pressure.
